  • The HR Alignment Inventory is a diagnostic tool designed to assess gaps and priorities within the full HR ecosystem relative to key business and organization objectives. 

HR Alignment Inventory Background

  • The focus of HR is commonly limited to "hot topics" and relatively confined metrics.   The HR Alignment Inventory assesses alignment between a holistic range of HR factors and business needs. 

  • The tool is a rigorous and extensive diagnostic utilizing sophisticated metrics and advanced survey technology.

  • Key applications include: 1) organizational restructuring and planning; 2) new HR or business leadership; 3) highly distributed HR organizations;  4) mergers and acquisitions; and 5) assessment of potentially problematic areas of an organization

HR Alignment Inventory Administration

  • The  Inventory may be taken by: a) one individual; b) a small group; or   c) separate individuals (in which case the data will be aggregated). 

  • Recommendation is to administer the HR Alignment Inventory in a group session with HR and business representation.

HR Alignment Inventory Report Contents

  • Metrics summarizing alignment of Core HR Processes (e.g., talent management) and Employee Performance Domains (e.g., accountability) related to Business Results.
